Perennial native plant
Height: 1 to 2 feet
Width: 1 to 2 feet
Flower color: white to pink to light purple
Bloom time: summer
Light needed: part sun
Soil needed: dry, sandy soil
Notes: Spreads but is not aggressive. Provides important late spring/early summer resources. A prolific nectar producer, it is visited by a huge diversity of butterflies, moths, and bees. Attracts bees, moths, butterflies and hummingbirds. Birds eat seeds
Not resistant to deer
