Perennial native plant
Height: 2 to 3 feet
Width: ½ to 1 foot
Flower color: blue or purple/lavender
Bloom time: spring, summer, fall
Light needed: part sun
Soil needed: moist or dry and sandy
Notes: Very nice ground cover but can become aggressive in the right conditions since it spreads readily from seed. Attracts butterflies and songbirds
Moderately resistant to deer
